[Selina] News: Selina Jen’s fiancé wishes to keep original wedding date

The Taiwanese pop starlet’s father on the other hand, hopes for the wedding to be postponed

Taiwanese singer Selina Jen and fiancé Richard Chang had planned to wed on April 1 this year but it looks like the plans might be in jeopardy following Selena's on-set accident.

The couple had reportedly made a booking at the Sheraton Hotel for the April wedding. Good friends Hebe Tien and Ella Chen had also made themselves available on that day.

Unfortunately, Selina was involved in an on set accident last October, which left her severely burnt. After three months of arduous therapy, the singer was finally discharged on Jan 19.

After the accident occured, the couple had booked another date with the hotel -- Oct 30, which coincided with Selina's 30th birthday.

Groom-to-be Richard reportedly wished to keep the original wedding date in April and had already begun preparations.

However, Father Jen suggested that the wedding to be postponed to the later half of the year as he felt that this will give them for Selina to recuperate. He would like her to concentrate on her recovery first.

Selina is currently working hard at her recovery and is maintaining her usual "Hubby's opinions are mine too" stance.
