No one from the production of I Have a Date with Spring stood out to say anything when the accident first occurred.
Now, they are calling fans of Taiwanese starlet Selina Jen crazy?
It's been three months since Selina Jen was severely burnt in an on set accident but Hunan TV has yet to give an official statement to take responsibility for the incident.
Recently, Selina's fans found out that a couple of members of the production crew called them 'lunatics' on microblogging site Weibo. Their messages were dated a month ago.
"[We had] obviously talked about things seriously, but [the message] became distorted after people forwarded [it]. Why can't people just do their jobs properly? [I] really want to scold people. If you're my friend, stand up for me," wrote the assistant director of the drama, who goes by the nickname 'Master Qiang Qiang', on Weibo last Dec 22.
The log keeper of the drama Wu Shi Jun replied his message with "who are the ones who cannot be trusted?"
Qiang Qiang then added, "Those S's (Selina) fans."
"(Sighs) it's still those foolish people. You don't have to be angry with them," Wu Shi Jun wrote.
Wu Shi Jun later wrote on her Weibo: "I have nothing to say. It's been three months. Things have already come to an end. However, there are lunatics who are still raving [about the accident] and have begun attacking [us] with words. Those ignorant people only know how to distort the good intentions of others. They're really hopeless."
Selina's fans felt bad for their idol when they saw the attitudes of the production crew. One even chided, "You people are heartless! I wish I could pull you into the fire immediately, causing 54 per cent of burns!"

They are absurd. They don't know what lunatics truly mean. IT'S THEM. Filming that dangerous scene but not taking full responsibility. INHUMANE! LUNATIC!!
