It says that SHE Is The One Live in Taiwan DVD is going to be released on November.
I read in Baidu Ella that the DVD will also include the concert from HK. :)
I read in Weibo that the plan of releasing the concert DVD by the end of the year has not changed. So they'll still launch the DVD by the end of the year. Ella & hebe will be promoting it.

He said that there really will be a SHEITO DVD. It's currently in preparation period. They'll confirm the release date soon so just wait for it.
