The starlet and her fiancé donated their autographed wedding invitation for a charity auction
S.H.E. member Selina Jen was supposed to tie the knot with her boyfriend Richard Chang when she turned 30 on Oct 31 last year.
However, Selina was severely burnt in an accident, which occurred on the set of the now-axed drama I Have a Date with Spring, nine days before her wedding.
Later, the wedding was postponed due to the endless physiotherapy sessions the singer had to go through.
After months of vigorous physiotherapy sessions, Richard finally announced that Selina is fit enough to walk down the aisle and that the couple will be tying the knot this coming Oct 31.
Recently, the lawyer also started a charity sale, inviting various politicians and showbiz personalities to participate in the event, where proceeds of the sale will go to burnt victims. Richard also donated 200 copies of his book, The God Chose You, to the charity sale.
On Sep 26, Selina supported the charity sale on her microblog.
"We're donating our wedding invitation. This is my most important dream, and I hope I could share my happiness with a philanthropist," she wrote.
The auction for her wedding invitation, which started at 12pm on Sep 26, will end on Oct 5. At press time, the highest bid amount was at NT$15,000 (S$654).
Meanwhile, Selina's fellow band mate Ella Chen is rumoured to be tying the knot with her Malaysian boyfriend Alvin Lai in March next year.
She commented on her friend's blog entry, "Please be happy. I'm very happy right now!"
Despite recent rumours -- which claimed that Ella and Hebe Tien were angry at Richard -- both singers are still scheduled to be Selina's bridesmaids at her upcoming wedding.
