The Taiwanese singer left a message for concerned fans and friends on her microblog
The last time she left a message on her microblog, Taiwanese singer Selina Jen sounded depressed as she asked God what she had done wrong. Selina was badly burnt in an on-set accident.
However, in her latest post, Selina sounded happy and brave again.
She wrote, in the wee hours of Mar 5, that her "darling scars" were causing her skin to feel tight and itchy. Describing her scars as if they were alive, Selina's cheeky words reflected strength and courage.
Her parents and good friends Hebe Tien and Ella Chen replied Selina immediately.
"[I] hope that before your scars turn savage, your optimism and confidence will become unrestrained. All the best!" Hebe encouraged.
Good friend Michael Wong commented, "Dearest Selina, we still love you, no matter what."
